Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent engineer to support Product Failure Analysis (FA) and maintain FA lab tools and equipment in Singapore.

You will analyze electrical/physical failures, handle FA cases, and coordinate with process teams to drive root-cause investigations. The role requires a degree in engineering or physics and at least 2 years of FA or related lab experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Materials, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Physics.
• Minimum 2 years in FA/FA Lab/Modules/Process Integration/Product Engineering.
• Strong teamwork, communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Product yield and wafer return EFA/PFA (electrical/physical failure analysis).
• FA cases handling, silicon process/structure analysis (ex: SEM/TEM/EDX...).
• FA Lab tools/equipment maintenance and management.
• Manage assigned FA-related jobs and communication.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Degree in Electrical /Electronics /Material /Chemical /Mechanical Engineering or Physics science.
• Min 2 years of relevant work experience in FA /FA_Lab /modules /Process Integration /Product Engineering would be plus.
