Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (VSMC) in Singapore is establishing a 300mm wafer fabrication facility. We seek a committed engineer to support Product FA and maintain FA tools and the laboratory operations, ensuring accuracy and timely outcomes.

The role involves handling FA cases, conducting silicon process/structure analyses (SEM/TEM/EDX), and managing lab equipment with a strong focus on quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or physics is required.
• Min 1 year of relevant FA/FA_lab experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Product FA (Failure Analysis) and FA tools/lab maintenance.
• Handle FA cases and perform silicon process/structure analysis (e.g., SEM/TEM/EDX).
• Maintain FA lab tools/equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Manage assigned FA-related jobs and communication with stakeholders.

Role Summary

You are responsible to support and contribute in Product FA (Failure Analysis) and FA tools /laboratory maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Product yield and wafer return EFA/PFA (electrical /physical failure analysis)
• FA cases handling, silicon process /structure analysis (ex: SEM/TEM/EDX...)
• FA Lab tools /equipment maintenance and management
• Manger assigned FA-related jobs and communication

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Degree in Electrical /Electronics /Material /Chemical /Mechanical Engineering or Physics science.
• Min 1 years of relevant work experience in FA /FA_Lab /modules /Process Integration /Product Engineering would be plus.
