Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (VSMC) in Singapore seeks a committed Process Associate Engineer to deliver robust semiconductor manufacturing with data-driven analytics.

You will work across diffusion and related modules, monitor processes, analyze data, and support quality, yield, and safety improvements in a 24/7 fab environment. Diploma or higher in STEM and 2+ years in a 12’’ fab are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering or STEM fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Associate Engineer.
• Experience in a 12’’ (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and sustain production processes; verify recipes on module tools.
• Collaborate with process engineers to scale capacity and ensure quality.
• Improve process stability, quality, reliability, yield and safety.
• Conduct experiments; analyse data to optimise manufacturing processes.
• Analyse production anomalies and uphold SPC methods.
• Work rotating day/night shifts including weekends in a 24/7 fab.

Role Summary

Youwillberesponsibletodeliverrobustandefficientsemiconductormanufacturingprocesswithdata drivenanalyticsandsystemicproblem-solvingskillsin the specific module (Diffusion, Etch (Dry & WET), Photolithography, Metrology, Physical Vapor Deposition, Thin Film - Chemical Vapor Deposition or Chemical Mechanical Planarization).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and sustain production process, assist in running and verifying process recipes on respective module tools.
• Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacityswiftlyand maintain withqualityandurgency.
• Continuouslyimproveprocessstabilityandcapability,enhancequality, reliability,yield,productivity,andsafetystandards.
• Assist to conduct experiments, analyse complex data sets, and derive actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls
• Support to analyze production anomalies and maintaining/improving statisticalprocesscontrol (SPC) methodstoestablishandupholdrobust manufacturingprocesses.
• Operate under rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 fab environment.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Diploma’s or higher degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering or STEM related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Process Associate Engineer.
• Experience in a 12’’ (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred.
