VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (VSMC) is building a new 300mm wafer production facility in Singapore and seeks engineers to maintain critical semiconductor tools. You will diagnose failures, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure high uptime in a 24/7 cleanroom environment.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or STEM, with preference for candidates familiar with 300mm fab operations.

Formación

• Diploma or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or STEM related fields.
• Experience in a 12’’ (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle on-duty tasks and conduct fundamental alarm troubleshooting; identify root cause and problem-solve critical equipment issues with urgency.
• Execute tool handovers and maintenance reporting per cleanroom standards.
• Operate and maintain tools, collaborate with engineering teams to improve tool performance and availability.
• Manage spare part inventory and coordinate with vendors or contractors for parts replacement and technical support.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced 300mm semiconductor tools for specific module process.
• Operate under rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 fab environment.

Role Summary

You will be responsible and focused on improving tool performance and availability, in charge of maintenance, diagnosing failures and implementing effective solutions to meet uptime and cycle time requirements in the specific module (Diffusion, Etch (Dry & WET), Photolithography, Metrology, Physical Vapor Deposition, Thin Film - Chemical Vapor Deposition or Chemical Mechanical Planarization).
