This role focuses on ensuring high-quality transitions from motherfab and continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant STEM field is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in silicon process flow enhancements and managing process shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take charge for successful new products qualification and technology transfers from motherfab.
• Perform complex data analysis to identify design weaknesses and tool issues affecting yield.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze data sets and derive insights to improve yield and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain process stability and provide technical solutions to customers.

Role Summary

You will be responsible for successful customers’ product full lifecycle, including but not limited to, technology transfers, new products introduction, device performance, yield, and reliability of our advanced technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge for successful new products qualification and technology transfers from motherfab
• Complex data analysis to identify process design weaknesses and/or manufacturing tool issues.
• Design and execute experiments, analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights to improve yield and performance for each specific technology and/or products
• Collaborate with the engineering teams to maintain process stability and provide technical solutions to customers

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in silicon process flow enhancements and managing process shifts, changes with design rules and product layout, ensuring optimal yield, electrical test and product performance with short-and long-term reliability implications considerations
