Job summary

DOB DOOR SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to maximize line efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure product quality while keeping workers safe in Singapore.

You will lead daily production planning, enforce safety and SOPs, monitor quality, train operators, and drive continuous improvement using Lean or 5S principles.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years hands-on manufacturing or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Shift & Production Planning: Execute daily production schedules, assign workers to stations, and adjust to sudden absences or machine breakdowns.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA guidelines, proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Quality Control: Track defect rates, review finished goods against specs, and initiate immediate corrective actions when deviations happen.
• Team Leadership & Training: Onboard new and temporary operators, cross-train staff, manage performance, and conduct shift huddles.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce waste

Education

High school diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing
