Job summary

Binjai Interior Design Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production and ensure efficient operations in our Singapore facility. You will lead a hands-on team, monitor machine performance, and coordinate with departments to resolve issues, while upholding safety & hygiene standards.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, good communication skills, and be able to work weekends when required; shift work may be needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work on weekends & holidays.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to commit to shift work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all machines are functioning efficiently.
• Involve in problem solving issues with clients.
• Staff attendance and scheduling.
• In charge of training and overseeing the operations.
• Doing daily QC checks.
• Ensure safe work and hygiene procedures are implemented to control risks.
• Able to be hands on and help in operations, including carpentry work.
• Responsible to ensure all staffs meet their job expectations.
• Liaising and coordinate with inter-departments to resolve issues.
• Making sure staff follow SOP processes.
• Lead a team in achieving efficient production and ensure product quality and maximize of resources.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.
