Job summary

DOB Door Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to maximize line efficiency and minimize downtime while keeping workers safe. You will manage daily production schedules, assign operators, and respond to emergencies or machine breakdowns.

The role requires 2–5 years in manufacturing or supervisory roles, a high school diploma in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing, and a strong focus on lean practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on manufacturing or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Ability to lead shift, onboard staff, conduct huddles, and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Shift & Production Planning: Execute daily production schedules, assign workers to stations, and adjust to absences or machine breakdowns.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHAguidelines, PPE, and SOPs.
• Quality Control: Track defect rates, review finished goods against specs, initiate corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Team Leadership & Training: Onboard new and temporary operators, cross-train staff, manage performance, and conduct shift huddles.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce waste.
