Qualifications

• Knowledge of factory costing and standard costing methodologies.
• Experience with cost accounting, variance analysis, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform key cost accounting activities, including standard cost updates and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain monthly management reports for decision-making.
• Support quarterly business reviews and annual budgeting.
• Lead annual cost roll and manage cost data accuracy.
• Review inventory reserves, warranty expenses, and asset verifications.
• Assist with audits, compliance, and IT expenditure reporting.
