Job summary

NOVA-TECH MFG PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting professional in Singapore to manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.

You will support monthly closes, prepare financial reports, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing accounting is highly valued. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, diploma/degree in accounting or related field, and the ability to meet reporting

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance/business or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, EMS, or precision engineering preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) advantageous.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
• Experience with inventory costing and manufacturing accounting.
• Exposure to annual audit and GST submission.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Infor, or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations: AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Process supplier invoices, customer billings, debit/credit notes, and employee expense claims.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities per policies and standards.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and variance analyses for management.
• Monitor balance sheet accounts for accuracy and completeness.
