Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the facilities team in managing building services such as CCTV, access systems, and chiller systems. You will assist with events, room bookings, and ensuring premises readiness.

You will work with the FMC, ensure health and safety standards, assist license renewals, and participate in maintenance planning and project activities, while providing administrative backup as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with the facilities team in managing building services such as CCTV,premises access systems, chiller systems, and carpark gantry.
• Support the smooth running of services, events
• Coordinate with the Facilities Management Company (FMC) to ensure premisesreadiness for weekly activities.
• Manage room bookings and set up of facilities for meetings and events.
• Ensure security, health, and safety standards are maintained in compliance withregulations.
• Assist in the renewal of licenses and permits where required.
• Work with Manager to plan and manage periodic maintenance schedules.
• Provide administrative support and backup for the facilities team when required.
• Participate in project teams when needed.
• Maintain a systematic and meticulous approach to ensure proper follow-throughof processes.

Working Days: 6 days per week

Weekly Off: Any one day in the week (rotational)

Timings:

• 6:30am - 12:30 pm
• 9am - 4pm
• 3:30 pm - 10:30pm
