Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Diploma-educated Facilities Maintenance professional to conduct routine inspections and identify defects needing maintenance. You will support upkeep across building systems, coordinate with contractors, and monitor health and safety compliance on site.

The role requires organizing service reports, work orders, and essential facilities documentation, with a willingness to learn and operate effectively in a site environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil/Building Eng or related field.
• Understanding of building maintenance and civil works.
• Experience coordinating with contractors is a plus.

• Provide basic facilities management administrative support for maintenance activities
• Follow site safety procedures and support compliance with applicable maintenance and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Services or a relevant engineering discipline
• Basic understanding of building maintenance, civil works or building systems
• Able to coordinate with contractors and work effectively in a site environment
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn
• Relevant building or facilities maintenance experience will be advantageous
