Job summary

The Esplanade Co Ltd is seeking an Executive, Building Operations to oversee daily building operations, environmental cleanliness, and tenant-related services at Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay.

You will supervise contractors, manage vendor contracts, ensure fire safety and health & safety compliance, and maintain records for facilities management and events. Weekend/evening shifts may be required for high-profile precinct activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in property management or related discipline.
• 1–2 years experience in facilities management or coordinating with mall tenants.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings for events.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspection/maintenance of general building works and supervise contractors.
• Call for quotations, recommend contractors and supervise their work on site.
• Manage vendor contracts for maintenance, pest control and landscaping.
• Coordinate with tenants and manage onboarding/offboarding for fit-outs and space reinstatement.
• Prepare and maintain records for building services, permits and reports; ensure safety compliance.
