Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other plant systems.

You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain facilities, respond to breakdowns and support environmental control tasks. Candidates should have Nitec or Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Management or related fields and 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial

Qualifications

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Management or related
• 2-5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
• Hands-on troubleshooting & repair experience of plant facilities
• Knowledge of HVAC / utilities / electrical systems is an advantage
• Comfortable with physical work, ladders and confined spaces
• Willing to work OT/weekends when required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection & maintenance of plant facilities
• Troubleshoot & repair facility, utility & building systems
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing & facility equipment
• Carry out preventive & corrective maintenance
• Respond to equipment breakdowns & facility issues
• Support cleanroom & environmental control systems
• Work with contractors and internal teams when required
