Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician for a commercial building in Singapore. You will assist with site walkthroughs, coordinate with tenants’ contractors, perform routine upkeep of M&E systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks, and maintain safety equipment.

The role requires a Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline, at least 2 years of experience, and willingness to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Practical knowledge of M&E, ACMV, plumbing and basic AV support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site walkthroughs and coordinate with tenants’ contractors for unit setup and reinstatement works.
• Carry out routine upkeep and minor repair tasks for building systems including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and sanitary fittings.
• Perform scheduled servicing of kitchen hood filters for F&B tenants.
• Regularly check public and back-of-house areas and report maintenance issues (power trips, leaks, cooling faults).
• Monitor and update maintenance logs, weekly building condition reports, and monthly inspection records.
• Check and maintain fire safety equipment (extinguishers, hose reels, dry risers) for compliance.
• Support landlord’s team on repair and upkeep of shared facilities and systems.
• Assist in overnight maintenance works such as equipment replacements or major system upgrades.
