Job summary

ARRAY ENGINEERING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking candidates for facility maintenance roles across multiple locations.

The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of factory facilities and utilities, including electrical, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as CCTV and security systems. Requires a Higher Nitec or Diploma in a related discipline, basic knowledge of maintenance systems, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance systems.
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for factory facilities and utilities.
• Maintain electrical, lighting, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other building systems.
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, door access, face recognition, and burglar alarm systems.
• Coordinate servicing schedules for air-conditioning, machinery, water dispensers, and fire safety equipment.
• Arrange, supervise, and liaise with contractors and vendors for maintenance and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with the building management office on facility, safety, and environmental matters.
