Job summary

Linxens Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a diligent Facilities Technician to support day-to-day operations and ensure M&E and building services are maintained in optimal condition. You will monitor HVAC systems, pumps, electrical components, and fire protection, and coordinate with service contractors.

The role requires a Diploma or Nitec/NTC in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services, with ability to work 12-hour shifts, and good safety practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services with >1 year experience.
• Technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, ACMV and building services.
• Understanding and practice of safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation and ensure facilities support equipment and building services are maintained.
• Perform maintenance and repair on M&E and building services.
• Operate and manage the building management system (FMCS) to monitor all facility M&E services.
• Coordinate works performed by service contractors and sub-contractors.
• Respond to internal customer feedback and carry out repairs promptly.
• Carry out maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.
