Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Facilities Technician to operate and maintain facility systems in a cleanroom environment, ensuring smooth daily operations and minimal downtime.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and utility equipment, monitor performance, and respond to alarms as required. A 12-hour rotating shift is involved.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant facilities management experience.
• Hands-on exposure to ACMV, chiller, wastewater or DI water systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain facility systems to ensure smooth daily operations and minimal downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and utility equipment per schedules.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot equipment abnormalities, alarms, and faults; escalate major issues as needed.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties under building maintenance scope.

Job description

Salary: $2000 - $2300 Basic + Shift Allowance

Location: Boon Lay

8AM – 8PM / 8PM - 8AM - (12 Hour Shift Rotation / 4, 3, 3, 4 Schedule)

Pharmaceutical / Cleanroom Environment (MNC Culture)

Job Scope

• Operate and maintain facility systems to ensure smooth daily operations and minimal downtime.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and utility equipment according to maintenance schedules

• Monitor system performance and conduct troubleshooting on equipment abnormalities, alarms, and faults, escalating major issues when required.

• Any other ad-hoc duties under building maintenance scope of work

Requirement

• ITE Qualification in Building or Facility Management / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

• 1 Years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management

• Hands on experience in one of the following: ACMV / Chiller / Waste Water or DI Water Systems is preferred

• Able to work on 12 hour rotating shift

• Candidate with Facilities Technician experience in Manufacturing Plant added to advantage
