SUPERFORM CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Woodlands, Singapore, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician (Technician 3/4) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, RODI water, and electrical systems, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.

You'll monitor equipment via BMS/EMS, plan schedules with external vendors, support plant shutdowns, calibrate equipment, and maintain records. Requires NITEC or diploma and at least 3 years' facilities experience; rotating shifts may be

Qualifications

• NITEC or higher qualification in electrical/mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or cleanroom environment preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities systems, including HVAC, RODI Water, Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facilities equipment breakdowns to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Monitor equipment performance through BMS and EMS systems.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules with external vendors.
• Support facilities improvement projects and annual plant shutdown activities.
• Perform equipment calibration, root cause analysis (RCA) and maintenance reporting.
• Maintain equipment records, spare parts and maintenance work orders.

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician (Technician 3 / 4)

Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Basic Salary: $3,500 – $5,500 (Depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities systems, including HVAC, RODI Water, Mechanical and Electrical systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve facilities equipment breakdowns to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

• Monitor equipment performance through BMS and EMS systems.

• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules with external vendors.

• Support facilities improvement projects and annual plant shutdown activities.

Requirements:

• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work independently and support 24‑hour standby or 12‑hour rotating shifts when required.
