Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building upkeep for a Singapore site.

You will lead maintenance of structural elements, coordinate with vendors for inspections of lifts and equipment, supervise contractors to ensure quality and on-time work, and ensure the premises are well maintained.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities/building maintenance.
• Practical, hands-on skills in building repair and maintenance work.
• Basic understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of building structures, both inside and outside.
• Carry out repairs and upkeep of fixtures, fittings, and other building components.
• Coordinate with vendors for inspection, servicing, and certification of lifts, cranes, and related equipment.
• Manage and supervise contractors to ensure timely and quality work.
• Ensure proper care and general maintenance of the premises and surrounding areas.
