Job summary

Surbana Jurong in Singapore seeks a dedicated FM Quality & Operational Excellence professional to support multiple accounts, focusing on soft services, audits, and contractor performance. You will develop FM schedules, conduct inspections and drive CAPA actions to improve service levels.

You will prepare audit reports, maintain QMS documentation and collaborate with internal teams and service providers to deliver continuous improvement in quality and efficiency across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in FM operations, auditing, quality management or a related field is preferred.
• Good understanding of soft services such as cleaning, landscaping and pest control would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and structured, with the ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude, adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor and review contractors’ performance against agreed service standards and requirements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and service providers to drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational standards.
