QUANTUMCLEAN TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facility Supervisor to ensure the reliable operation of building systems, maintain safety standards, and manage budgets. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience and the ability to coordinate with contractors.

The successful candidate will oversee environmental compliance, space planning, and energy-efficient initiatives while supporting daily residents and users with a focus on reliability and sustainability.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Flexibility to work overtime/on-call/holidays when required.
• Minimum 5 years hand-on maintenance and repairs experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating wastewater plant.
• Mechanical and basic electrical experience required.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Experience in chemical/semiconductor industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility infrastructure, equipment, and systems; plan and execute preventive maintenance.
• Review and improve standard operating procedures and risk assessments.
• Maintain equipment calibration and minimize downtime due to maintenance.

Job Summary

Thefacility supervisor is crucial in ensuring that a building’s physical structure and integrated services run at peak performance, consistently meeting and often exceeding the expectations of its residents and daily users. Their role is vastand multifaceted, spanning from the meticulous oversight of routine maintenanceand immediate repair needs of various building systems to effectively utilizingavailable space to its fullest potential. Furthermore, they are responsible forupholding stringent health and safety protocols, diligently managing thefinancial aspects, including budgets, and actively liaising with diversestakeholders. This might include everyone from internal staff to external service providers.

At its core, the facility supervisor is the vital link that connects an organization with its physical surroundings. Their mission revolves around ensuring that these spaces are functional but also comfortable and safe. They prioritize efficient operations and are always on the lookout for solutions that are not just cost-effective but also environmentally sustainable, striking a harmonious balance between operational needs and sustainable best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repair

Oversee and ensure that the facility's infrastructure, equipment, and systems are in good working condition. This includes periodic maintenance, addressing immediate repair needs, and setting up long-term maintenance plans.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities such as Waste treatment Plant, Scrubber system, DI System, Dust Collector, Air Compressor and production equipment.
• Review and improve operation and maintenance standard operating procedure and risk assessment.
• Ensure all equipment in working condition with minimum downtime and regular maintenance is carried out.
• Ensure all designated equipment and calibration is up to date.

Health and Safety

Implement, monitor, and maintain health and safety standards. This involves conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and setting up emergency response procedures.

• Ensure all the wastewater is treated compliance with sewer discharge limit.
• Maintain documentation related to procedure/record in wastewater system, DI system.
• Participate and contribute to the respective EHS.
• Ensure the housekeeping is implemented

Environmental Management

• Ensure that facilities comply with environmental laws and regulations. Promote sustainable practices, waste management, energy efficiency, and other eco-friendly initiatives.

Security Management

• Develop and oversee security protocols to protect the facility, its assets, and its occupants. This can involve coordinating with security personnel, monitoring surveillance systems, and setting up access controls.

Vendor and Contract Management

• Select, manage, and evaluate vendors and contractors. Ensure that services are rendered per contractual agreements and seek opportunities for better terms or quality of service.

Budget Management

• Prepare, allocate, and oversee facility budgets. This includes forecasting expenses, tracking costs, ensuring cost-effective operations, and managing contracts and vendor relationships.

Space Management

• Optimize the utilization of space. This can involve planning layouts, oversee relocations or renovations, and ensure that spaces fulfill their intended function efficiently.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Diploma in technical discipline

Experience Requirement:
