Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Singapore seeks a Materials Planner/Procurement professional to drive material availability and ensure on-time production releases. You will coordinate with Buyers, Operations, Programme and Warehouse to align forecasts with supplier deliveries and maintain data integrity in the systems.

The role emphasizes planning accuracy, collaboration across departments, and proactive bottleneck management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science/Mathematics/Materials/Industrial Engineering.
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree holders require at least 2 years of experience; diploma holders require at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parts data and ensure accuracy before project kick-off.
• Plan and schedule materials availability to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Buyer, Operations, Programme and Warehouse for on-time delivery.
• Ensure data integrity in systems and accurately input parts and fabrication details.
• Identify bottlenecks and create contingency plans.
• Renew and translate forecasts into material plans and coordinate with suppliers.
• Execute materials planning and procurement for production fulfillment.
• Review daily reports with Purchasing department.
• Coordinate with quality engineers on non-conforming materials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers.
• Attend production meetings for updates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Parts maintenance checking before project kick in
• Manage 500-1000 items per projects
• Plan & schedule materials availability to drive production to meet customers delivery commits
• Co-ordinate with other departments including Buyer, Operations, Programme and Warehouse for on-time delivery
• Systems data maintenance and integrity, key in purchase parts and fabrication parts correctly.
• Identify the possible production bottlenecks and have contingencies plans
• Work with existing vendor on the completion of the new revision material or temporary change order.
• To renew, monitor and translate forecast into material plan and pull in & out with suppliers accordingly.
• Execute materials planning and purchase for production fulfillment
• Review report daily with purchasing dept.
• To coordinate with quality engineers of any non-conforming materials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers
• Attend production meetings and any others for communication and update purpose
• Generate management report and other activities as assigned by Superior

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science/ Mathematics/ Materials /Industrial Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering

Experience Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science/ Mathematics/ Materials /Industrial Engineering At least 2 years working experience
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering with At least 5 years working experience
• Preferably in manufacturing environment
• No fear of paper works and system update
