Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a facilities project manager to oversee R&R and maintenance initiatives across our client sites in Singapore. You will manage projects from planning through completion, coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree with at least 2 years of project management experience and a strong background in building maintenance projects, procurement, and contracts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• At least 2 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in managing building maintenance / facilities projects is a must.
• Experience in contract and procurement management is preferred.
• Healthcare or high-tech manufacturing facilities experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage building Repair & Replacement (R&R) and maintenance projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee projects from planning through execution and closing.
• Supervise preventive maintenance by external service partners.
• Drive improvements in building facilities, equipment and infrastructure.
• Manage contractors, procurement, contracts and project stakeholders.
• Support facilities audits, inspections and accreditation.
