Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Facilities/Mechanical Maintenance professional to support operation and maintenance of building mechanical systems and services in Singapore.

You will assist with facilities management, coordinate with contractors, monitor maintenance activities, troubleshoot mechanical/building service issues, and participate in project coordination and site inspections while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in Building Services, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) or Facilities Management.
• Relevant experience in building maintenance, engineering operations or project coordination advantageous.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation and maintenance of building mechanical systems and services.
• Assist with facilities management and engineering-related projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders on mechanical works.
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure works are carried out according to requirements.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and building services issues.
• Assist with project coordination, inspections and site activities.
• Ensure engineering works comply with relevant safety and operational requirements.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc engineering tasks as assigned.
