Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore seeks a meticulous Facilities & Procurement Executive for a 100% desktop-based role, handling administrative management, vendor procurement and technical documentation for Hard FM operations. The ideal candidate understands M&E systems, excels at paperwork, and can draft purchase orders and bills of quantities.

You will prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates and scopes of work for routine maintenance; raise and track POs, check quotations, and process

Qualificações

• Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
• Fresh Degree Graduates welcome to apply.
• Diploma with at least 3 years Hard FM admin or procurement experience.

Responsabilidades

• Procurement & Financial Paperwork: prepare BQs, cost estimates, and SOWs for routine maintenance and repair works.
• PO & Invoice Management: raise/track POs, cross-check vendor quotations, process invoices for approval.
• Hard FM Technical Review: review service reports, proposals, method statements and compliance docs for M&E, HVAC, fire protection, electrical systems.
• Contract Administration: support vendor contract processing, verify variations, maintain vendor databases.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain audit-ready facilities records, O&M manuals, warranties, licenses, and monthly expenditure tracking.
