Mind Stretcher Learning Centre is seeking a Facilities & Logistics Associate to maintain Head Office, learning centers, warehouse, and printing facilities. The role requires practical problem-solving with hands-on technical and physical logistics duties.

Key responsibilities include equipment maintenance, coordinating safety/regulatory compliance, and supporting educational technology and printing operations.

Formación

• Basic technical troubleshooting for office and AV equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Physical ability to lift and move furniture and equipment.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair equipment and premises across Mind Stretcher locations.
• Coordinate with building management on safety and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with contractors for systems maintenance (AC, lighting, CCTV, fire safety).
• Provide technical support for educational technology (interactive white boards, projectors, laptops).
• Coordinate delivery and service installations for new centers (furniture, internet, telephones).
• Assist with business service applications (NETS, utilities).
• Supervise renovation projects and follow up with contractors.
• Source and purchase office equipment and technology at competitive prices.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on vendor performance.
