Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an Office Facilities Executive to support daily operations, ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, functional, and maintained to the required standards. You will conduct regular floor and facility inspections and coordinate service requests via the GUTS FM platform.

You will assist the Facilities/Soft Services team in overseeing cleaning vendor performance, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and handle ad-hoc facilities tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma at Facilities Management, Building Management, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in facilities, workplace, property, hospitality, or soft services operations.
• Experience in vendor/cleaning management is an advantage.
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using FM/ticketing systems; GUTS FM experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to work independently.
• Proactive, organized, and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular floor/facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
• Monitor and manage service requests through the GUTS FM platform.
• Track tickets, follow up on outstanding issues, and escalate urgent matters.
• Support the Facilities Manager in managing cleaning vendors and monitoring service standards.
• Conduct cleaning inspections and coordinate corrective actions for service gaps/complaints.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders on facilities-related matters.
• Support ad-hoc facilities and soft services activities.
