Job summary

NTUC FIRST CAMPUS LIMITED is seeking a Senior Officer to support facilities management, lease administration and workplace operations across preschool facilities. Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Facilities/PM, Business Admin or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities/ops.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance service invoices and routine maintenance in centres.
• Assist with ITQs and tenders for ad-hoc servicing and term contractors.
• Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Monitor expenditures and assist budget planning to maintain financial discipline.
• Check lease agreements and track expiry and renewal dates.
• Ensure office equipment is operational and coordinate servicing.
• Coordinate cleaning, courier services, and supplies.
