Responsibilities

• Assist in facilities management including service reports and invoice payments.
• Support lease review, expiry, renewal tracking and related admin tasks.
• Assist in project management through PO handling, document filing and cost tracking.
• Contribute to documentation and communication materials; ensure efficient filing.
