Job summary

NTUC First Campus Co-operative Ltd seeks a Senior Officer to support facilities management and workplace operations in our preschool facilities. You will coordinate maintenance, lease administration, and vendor relationships to keep a safe, well-maintained environment for staff and children.

You will monitor expenditures, assist with procurement, and ensure compliance with service levels while collaborating with internal teams and service providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Facilities and Project Management, Business Administration, Operations or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong vendor, contract and budget management abilities.
• Proficient in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support management of standing orders, scheduling, filing of service reports and payment of invoices for routine maintenance in centres.
• Support ITQs and tenders for ad-hoc servicing and maintenance work as well as term contractors.
• Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring SLA compliance and high service quality.
• Monitor facilities expenditures, track utilisation, and assist budget planning.
• Lease management: check lease agreements and expiry/renewal dates.
• Ensure documentation and administrative procedures are completed, including stamp duty and insurance.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of workplace and common areas; escalate complex issues.
• Ensure office equipment is operational; arrange servicing and maintenance.
• Coordinate cleaning and courier services; replenish supplies timely.
• Ensure procurement practices and that opex stays within budget.
