Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on weekends.
• Experience in event logistics, maintenance operations, and contract management.
• Resourceful, and able to work independently as well as a team member to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building systems including air-conditioning, lighting, lifts, plumbing, fire safety, and electrical infrastructure.
• Log maintenance requests and coordinate with external vendors/contractors for repairs and inspections.
• Maintain records of maintenance history, quotations, service reports and warranties.
• Prepare meeting minutes, internal reports, and procurement documentation; assist in budget tracking.
• Assist in preparing venues for daily operations or events; ensure facilities are clean and event-ready.
• Support sustainability initiatives and data collection on utilities usage.
• Liaise with contractors, service providers, tenants, and internal departments; provide frontline support during operational issues.
