Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager (Hard Services) to support the operation, maintenance and compliance of building systems across corporate offices in the region. You will coordinate M&E, HVAC, plumbing and safety systems, while managing contractors and PPM schedules to ensure high service standards.

You will also govern MAC activities, maintain documentation, and act as a client liaison to ensure clear communication and minimal operational disruption on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as an Engineering SME or Maintenance Coordinator in corporate/hospitality.
• Strong hard services background (M&E, HVAC, building systems).
• Experience in contractor/vendor management and KPI oversight.
• Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems and asset records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day building maintenance across M&E, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety and fabric systems.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance with minimal business disruption.
• Lead contractor onboarding, site inductions, and permit-to-work processes.
• Review RAMS and ensure safety compliance and documentation is up to date.
• Act as governance lead for MAC requests, aligning with stakeholders.
• Prepare maintenance reports and log work orders in CAFM/CMMS.
• Maintain strong on-site presence and support workplace experience teams.
• Support budget tracking and cost reporting related to hard services.
