Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building operations, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of building maintenance practices, contractor management, and procurement activities.
• Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and building safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations and facilities maintenance activities
• Conduct routine inspections of building facilities, equipment, and common areas to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety requirements
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance contractors, service providers, and vendors
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for building systems, including electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire protection, plumbing, and security systems
• Follow up on defects, repair works, and service requests to ensure timely completion
• Maintain proper records, reports, permits, and documentation related to facilities operations
• Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), security, and emergency preparedness initiatives
• Manage procurement of facilities-related services, equipment, and assets, including vendor engagement, quotation evaluation, purchasing, and cost control
• Maintain and manage inventory of building and facilities assets and equipment
• Serve as the point of contact for facilities-related enquiries, requests, and feedback
