Job summary

KOE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site Facilities Supervisor to manage day-to-day planning, operations, and maintenance for facilities services.

You will perform inspections, track defects, and respond promptly to critical events to ensure safety and continuity of operations. Preference is given to candidates with FSM certification and government project experience; diploma in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in building maintenance/facility/mechanical/electrical/real estate management/ civil/ structural with minimum 3 years in relevant working experience.
• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certified, and hands-on experience will be preferred.
• Government project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Station on-site to oversee day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services.
• Carry out inspection services.
• Inspect, update, manage, and track all defects.
• Arrive on-site within response time for works of critical events and events threatening safety and security factors.
• Render engineering and technical services advice and recommendation based on site assessment regarding breakdown maintenance, system upgrading, improvement, replacement, and urgent works.
• Review contractor proposal for second opinion.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
