Job summary

DSV is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations & Maintenance professional to manage daily site operations across warehouse and office facilities. You will oversee ACMV/HVAC, electrical, lighting, lifts, dock equipment, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS systems, while coordinating preventive maintenance and safety inspections.

You will lead contractor management, support emergency responses, and ensure compliance with fire safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management within warehouse, logistics, industrial or commercial environments.
• Good working knowledge of building and M&E systems.
• Understanding of fire safety, workplace safety and statutory compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of energy and water management and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility operations and maintenance across assigned warehouse and office facilities.
• Oversee building and M&E systems including ACMV/HVAC, electrical, lighting, lifts, dock equipment, plumbing, fire protection systems and BMS.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain equipment reliability and minimise operational downtime.
• Conduct periodic facility inspections to identify defects, safety concerns and potential operational risks, and ensure timely rectification.
• Support emergency breakdowns and critical facility issues when required.
