Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is hiring a Facilities / Technical Executive to manage daily facilities and building maintenance across Singapore projects.

The role requires monitoring M&E systems (ACMV/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection), coordinating preventive and corrective work, and supervising contractors to ensure timely, quality outcomes. You'll maintain records, support improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related Engineering field.
• 3–5 years of relevant facilities/building maintenance experience.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and contractor management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facilities and building maintenance operations.
• Monitor M&E systems including ACMV/HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality work.
• Conduct regular site inspections and attend to breakdowns.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports and documentation.
• Support facilities improvement and ad-hoc projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
