Job summary

cw in Singapore is seeking a Property Manager to lead the facilities team across our campus and buildings. You will implement policies and programs, coordinate with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders, and ensure high standards of safety and service delivery.

You will manage day-to-day operations, prepare monthly reports, supervise contractors, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements to building performance and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and programming visits and maintenance services with project management and asset managers.
• Lead monthly management report compilation and planning meeting presentations for submission.
• Lead a team of executives and contractors to manage day-to-day maintenance and operations of buildings/estates.
• Ensure contractors perform services per agreed KPIs.
• Manage expenditure and address operational and administrative issues; ensure procedures are followed.
• Recommend and justify variations of work orders within delegated authority.
• Foster good relations between team members, building owners and term contractors.
• Prepare and present monthly management reports.
• Respond to on-site incidents; coordinate with CC and contractors to recover services and minimize disruptions.
• Report to District Manager; submit incident reports within 24 hours and conduct after-action reviews to identify gaps.
• Oversee health and safety management for all term contractors and CC.
