Job summary

DIGO CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Facility Management professional to oversee M&E systems and related operations in Singapore. You will lead maintenance planning, contract administration, and a team to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to service standards.

The role requires strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across clients, consultants, and subcontractors while delivering high-quality work within approved budgets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Facility Management or equivalent.
• Diploma/Degree in Building/Facilities Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Building Management System (BMS) for facilities.
• Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programmes and contract administration.
• Lead operations and maintenance teams to ensure daily operations meet service standards.
• Ensure projects and maintenance work are delivered to high quality within timelines and budget.
• Coordinate site planning, inspections, and audits related to M&E and facilities.
• Analyse faults, perform root-cause analysis, and propose cost-efficient solutions.
• Organise manpower and workforce management to support operations.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulations, and guidelines.
