Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities Management/Building Management or related engineering field.
• 4+ years facilities or operations experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience managing vendors, maintenance operations and projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement preventive maintenance programs for key infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure safe workplace practices and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general services.
• Coordinate maintenance and minor repairs as required.
• Conduct site inspections to identify issues, safety risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance work plans to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Evaluate and manage service vendors/contractors for maintenance and repairs.
• Manage A&A, refurbishment, reintegration, renovations, and other capital works with quality and timeliness.
• Monitor and report KPIs and SLAs for service providers; liaise with internal teams for improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and licensing across Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Maintain inventory, arrange procurement, and manage spare parts and tools.
• Prepare weekly status reports and provide technical feedback from field learnings.
