Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Facilities Management Director to lead complex FM projects and oversee vendor relationships in Singapore. The role is based at Central Town with a base salary up to SGD 8,800 per month.

You will oversee tenders and AEI business cases, ensure workshop milestones are met, and provide technical guidance to the team. Flexibility in hours may be required to support critical tasks and site operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, M&E or related engineering field.
• Fire Safety Management certificate is a plus.
• Experience with renovations/remodelling on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate various projects, tenders, AEI business case.
• Manage vendors not limited to IFM, BMS, FSA service providers.
• Ensure timely workshop completion and follow-up with building inspections.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team.
• Be prepared to support flexible or extended hours.
