Job summary

Talent First is seeking a Facilities Management Director to lead project tenders, vendor coordination, and technical guidance for large-scale infrastructure and building renovations in Singapore. The role requires overseeing workshops, inspections, and cross-functional support, with flexibility for after-hours work.

The candidate should hold a degree in Civil, M&E or related engineering and may benefit from a Fire Safety Management certification. Office location is Central Town, Singapore.

• Manage vendors such as IFM, BMS and FSA service providers.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure timely workshop completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects and tenders.
• Liaise with external vendors and ensure service levels meet requirements.
• Support inspections and ensure proper follow-up on building works and renovations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the facilities team.
• Be flexible with working hours to accommodate project needs.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Facilitate various projects, tenders, AEI business case.
• Managing vendors not limited to IFM, BMS, FSA service providers.
• Ensure timely workshop completion and follow-up with the building inspections.
• Technical support and guidance to the team.
• Ready to provide support on flexible hours or beyond regular hours.

Key Success for This Role:

• Degree in Civil, M&E or related engineering course.
• Good to have Fire Safety Management certificate.
• Experience with renovations, remodelling projects in large scale infrastructure and building.
