PERSOL is seeking a Senior Engineer (Civil / M&E) in Singapore to oversee facilities maintenance, M&E systems, and A&A projects. You will coordinate contractors, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering or related field, with experience in BIM and vendor management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and after-hours issues.
Job Responsibilities
Manage building, facility, and M&E maintenance works.
Oversee renovation, upgrading, and Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects.
Prepare tender specifications, contracts, and procurement documents.
Ensure facilities comply with regulatory and safety requirements.
Manage contractors and service providers to maintain high service standards.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality of work.
Drive process improvements to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost savings.
Support office fit-out, renovation, and equipment room development projects.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building, or related field.
Experience in facilities maintenance, project management, or building operations.
Knowledge of M&E systems and BIM processes.
Experience managing contractors and maintenance contracts.
Familiarity with cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waterproofing, and building maintenance works.
Public sector procurement experience is an advantage.
Able to respond to site issues after office hours when required.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
