Job summary

talent first pte. ltd. is seeking a Facilities Management & Development Manager in Singapore to lead project facilitation, tenders, and AEI business cases within a dynamic building environment.

You will manage vendors including IFM, BMS, and FSA providers, ensure timely inspections, provide technical guidance to the team, and be ready to support flexible hours beyond regular hours. Base pay up to SGD 8,800/month at Central Town office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, M&E or related engineering.
• Fire Safety Management certificate is a plus.
• Experience with renovations, remodelling projects in large scale infrastructure and buildings.
