Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform regular checks and basic maintenance of building services, including electrical installations, air‑conditioning, compressed air and chilled‑water systems. The role involves coordinating with service contractors to arrange routine maintenance, troubleshoot facility issues and respond to urgent repair requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular checks and basic maintenance of building services, including electrical installations, air-conditioning, compressed air and chilled-water systems.
• Work closely with service contractors to arrange routine maintenance, troubleshoot facility issues and respond to urgent repair requirements.
• Oversee contractors and vendors carrying out renovation and improvement works, ensuring activities are coordinated with site operations.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness in AHU rooms, electrical switch rooms and other technical areas.
• Monitor contractors' maintenance and renovation works to ensure compliance with agreed schedules, quality standards and cost requirements.
• Attend to minor plumbing, sanitary, electrical and general building maintenance issues, subject to applicable safety requirements and work authorisations.
• Conduct initial checks on telephone line faults and liaise with the relevant service providers for follow-up repairs.
• Support other reasonable facilities-related tasks as required by the supervisor.
