Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to service Tai Seng area buildings.

You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, lighting and generators, and perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment safe and reliable. You will coordinate with contractors and maintain accurate service records across multiple properties. The role requires hands-on electrical maintenance, reading diagrams, and willingness to travel between residential and commercial

Qualifications

• NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years in building or facilities maintenance.
• Hands-on electrical maintenance and repair experience.
• Able to read electrical drawings/diagrams.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection is an advantage.
• Valid Class 3 driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain building systems and equipment, including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, lighting and generators.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and reliably.
• Coordinate with contractors for repairs, servicing and maintenance works.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, equipment breakdowns and user feedback.
• Identify and report equipment faults, defects and unusual operating conditions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports from vendors and contractors.
• Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools and maintenance supplies.
• Support maintenance works across the company's properties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB

Key Responsibilities

• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems and general building services is an advantage.
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Willing to travel frequently between residential and commercial properties for maintenance and repair works.
