Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Building Facilities Technician in Singapore.

You will perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and generators, ensuring efficient operation and quick response to breakdowns. You will coordinate with contractors, monitor irregularities, and maintain accurate maintenance records while managing parts and inventory for a portfolio of properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Basic hands-on electrical and general maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance of building facilities (HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, generators).
• Ensure all facility equipment operates efficiently and attend to emergency breakdowns.
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repair works.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of building maintenance experience.
• Basic hands-on electrical and general maintenance skills.
• Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Independent, responsible, and possesses a positive working attitude.
