Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a first-level technical support specialist to assist in-house repair works and facility maintenance across warehouses, offices, and buildings in Singapore.

You will respond promptly to facilities-related requests and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting M&E issues, providing technical guidance to contractors, and handling admin tasks such as reports, meter readings, records, and quotation sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for in-house repair works and facility maintenance across warehouses, offices, and buildings.
• Liaise with subcontractors on repair, maintenance, and A&A works.
• Ensure timely response and effective support for facilities-related requests from stakeholders.
• Perform troubleshooting and rectification of M&E issues across facilities.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to subcontractors when required.
• Handle facilities-related admin duties, including report preparation, electricity meter readings, record keeping, and quotation sourcing.
• Domestic travel required.
• Must be contactable during office hours and occasionally outside office hours when required.
• Adhere to the company's Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy.
