Job summary

Changi Golf Club is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and rectifications across club facilities. You will inspect buildings daily, manage service contracts for catering, cleaning, parking and security, plan for future needs, and respond to emergencies while supporting Head of Department with reports and ad-hoc projects.

Strong communication, basic IT skills, physical stamina, and the ability to multitask and work weekends are essential

Qualifications

Basic computer skills required.
Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Capable of managing priorities and multitasking.
Comfortable withstanding or walking for extended periods and lifting heavy equipment.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Perform assigned maintenance, repair, and rectification work orders.
Ensure buildings and facilities are well-maintained by daily inspections and carrying out necessary repairs and maintenance.
Procure and manage contracts and service providers for catering, cleaning, parking, and security.
Anticipate the facility's future needs and plan accordingly.
Handle emergencies as they arise.
Monitor maintenance, renovation, refurbishment, and construction projects.
Prepare reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences as requested by supervisors and Head of Department.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by direct supervisors and Head of Department.
