Job summary

Singapore Aero Support Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Facilities/Projects Coordinator to supervise term contractors and oversee maintenance programs for our properties and facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

The role will manage service contracts, plan upgrades, prepare tender specifications, monitor expenditures, and perform KPI audits. Strong MS Office and project management skills, plus teamwork and communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Integrated Facility Management.
• 1-2 years of experience in Projects & Facilities Management and Sustainability.
• Experience supervising external contractors for maintenance of properties and facilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Possess Project management skills.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to be a good team-player.

Responsibilities

• Supervise term contractors in maintenance of properties and facilities to accomplish maintenance program schedule, compliance to regulatory requirements, and to achieve operational efficiency
